We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your microwave. Unfortunately, we do not work on microwaves. However, here are some simple things to try. Hopefully it's an easy fix and we can save you a few bucks!

 

Common microwave Issues: 

• Will not start

• Buttons will not respond

• Does not heat or turn

• Turns but does not heat

• Heats but does not turn

• Buzzing sound
   

Often resolving these issues are as simple as resetting your control board.  This is an easy process.  You can accomplish this one of two ways. Some microwaves have internal fuses that can trip due to power surges or lightning strikes. 

1) Make sure your microwave has not come unplugged from the wall (in cabinet above microwave) 

2) Turn off the microwave breaker for 30 seconds.  Then, turn the breaker back on.
